Carlos is a person with immensely rich and diverse experience in turning troubled enterprises around. I have had an opportunity to hear him as a speaker and his lecture was insightful, engaging and interesting.

I had the opportunity to take professor Gila’s “Turnaround Strategies” course during my stay at IE Business School in 2016. Professor Gila used the HBS case method as a vehicle to transmit the extensive knowledge he has accumulated throughout his experience as an entrepreneur, CRO and business manager. Most importantly he was able to keep a dynamic class discussion and engage students with the different topics essential to turn a business around. Professor Gila was definitely one of my favorite professors at IE Business School and I highly recommend taking his course.

I had the chance of being one of Carlos' students in the Turnaround Strategies course at IE Business School.
